Job Description and Duties:
We are looking for a motivated and organized dispatcher to manage daily distribution operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze and optimize distribution processes, and support drivers in their daily tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with clients and coordination of deliveries.
• Distribution analysis including tracking the driver’s journey, number of clients served and kilometers traveled.
• Support for drivers with travel orders, CMRs, and tachographs.
• Vehicle movement control and driving route optimization.
• Invoicing and sending documentation by mail.
• Conclusion of realized tours and organization of loading.
• Formation of transport items and printing of transport documentation.

Conditions:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of procedures in the distribution sector.
• Propensity for teamwork, flexibility, communication and excellent organizational skills.
